By separating men and womens sport you are creating inequality.

Then see how everyone moans when all truly have equal opportunity.
What, like Vinny Jones grabbing the opposition's best player by the pussy? :D
Just like my dreams they fade and die.
But on the positive side..............

Exactly kickimmuts

Would never get that far though.

It has started - Darts, Horse Racing, etc. but in sports that require pace and power then you are going to want to pay to watch the quickest, the strongest, the best.

Do women footballers deserve equal pay? Hmm.

When they are filling a 60k stadium week in week out (not just for big Internationals), people are paying the same season ticket rates as they do for PL football and multi million pound TV and sponsorship deals are commonplace then sure, why not. Probably feasible in the US at some point as women's 'soccer' is quite popular, but here? Not so much. The average attendance for the WSL this season is 3401. 3401 spectators and some BBC highlights is not going to support many £60k a week players now is it?
Who the fuck is General Failure and why is he reading my harddisk?

Is anyone, other than you, discussing parity for women's football in the UK?

It even says US in the thread title & you still messed it up

Market forces will always dictate and it will never have anything to do with relative success.

The women’s game is bigger over there but I’d like to know what the average attendances and viewing figures of the women’s national league plus national team is versus the mens counterparts?
If it’s equal or higher then they should be paid as per.
Which also means as-per if it’s lower.
Simple.

Quite frankly I’m shocked that someone hasn’t already filed a lawsuit over there on the basis that this whole argument is “trans-genderist”.
Fancy calling your only son "Barnestoneworth"
He's got another name....
Yeah....."United"

Jill Ellis should be paid the same money has Gareth Southgate if appointed England's Women`s Manager says Eniola Aluko.
