Looks like all ST holders got club cash back automatically.
Some got emails explaining they had to call the ticket office for bank refunds.
Some didn’t (myself included).
Those (probably a very large number) who did have been calling the ticket office for bank refunds and later have been on social media lambasting the farcical shit show that is the club’s ticketing operations.
And who said these are strange times? Not at West Ham they’re not.
Everything seems pretty normal
Fancy calling your only son "Barnestoneworth"
He's got another name....
Yeah....."United"

You had 4 options all of no use what so ever obviously not all 4 were refund related but all options available cut the call off. Same old same old s running the ⚒

Might be useful for some working out refunds
I haven't had an ST for some years now but can someone explain to me, in idiot proof language please, why anyone would want to buy a season ticket for next season when no one knows when the government will allow people to go into stadiums again. And that's before anyone knows what division West Ham will be playing in next season.
Why Is There Only One Monopolies Commission. Isn't That A Monopoly?

If you want to keep your seat you renew.
I get that that's usually the case but at the moment you renew to keep your seat, which you probably won't be able to use until 2021 at the earliest. And even if fans are allowed to return no one knows at the moment whether West Ham will be playing in the PL or the Championship.
