Happens every year every age group, getting as far as they have has put them on other clubs radar, especially the lower leagues, it`s a hard industry, if you don't make the expected grade you`re gone.
Should be careful who we unload....we drop....a few will be off (first teamers).....no real proven quality players would wanna come
to the Iconic to replace......be handy having some decent back up from the kids....

To add to this, I know of one parent of a current youngster at West Ham who is very angry at the way his sons contract was dealt with, he signed it in the end but was shocked at how things were handled.
