He was world class during the loan...but the hamstring injury he gained changed his game totally.

Sakho?/ Not fit to lace the boots of Kanoute (when he was on loan).
Not really sure how you can call a player world class after 8 games but its all about opinions I suppose.
Sorry, I didn't realise that the first 8 games with West Ham were the first 8 games of kanoutes career.
I mistakenly thought that he had a career before he joined us.
My mistake. Apologies.

Check out the last goal:

Incidentally, Brady was 31 when he joined us. Granted he was not in his prime, but by the same token; he was hardly "washed up".

I remember the Wolves game..It was packed and they said there was only 21,000 present..There was at least 30,000 there, but you know what the owners have been like, past and present at this club.Always been on the swindle. How many times over the years have I seen that when it was Standing..Bobby Moore`s death and the first game back at UP(Wolves again). The place was rammed..They said there was 24,000 present..When I read the attendance the next day,I nearly choked on my breakfast..Cearns,Brown and now these here today..ALL TOTAL C**TS,who have always taken us West Ham fans for a ride.

I was there Terry and in the north bank that day and packed solid.
Can’t argue with any of your comments in your post there.

40 games for Lyon before he joined us....9 goals. Personally I dont think that is world class but maybe you have a lower bar.
