It would be cheaper if Dave & Dave just bought Sparta.

Funny enough they've been lifelong supporters of Sparta. Gold was born on a caravan site just outside Prague's stadium.
Sullivan used to play for them, as a striker.
Love a cup of Rosey I do.

Your research does you proud my learned friend, and you are quite correct. And the love affair continues to this day.

Both are fundraising for the club. Gold has three used colostomy bags on offer on Ebay while Sully will be selling raffle tickets for a sordid rummage with the Duchess behind the main stand once the pandemic ends.

Salt of the earth.

Quite so my good friend.
I've acquired a batch of said tickets from the stunted one. If I win, I hope for her sake, she can take a punch.
Love a cup of Rosey I do.

West Ham interested in signing Gent and Ukraine striker Roman Yaremchuk

EXCLUSIVE: West Ham are interested in a move for Gent centre-forward Roman Yaremchuk, who scored 17 Belgian Pro League goals last season.

By Ryan Taylor

West Ham are one of several clubs interested in signing Gent and Ukraine striker Roman Yaremchuk, Express Sport understands. David Moyes is keen to celebrate his new three-year contract by adding another centre-forward to his ranks before the start of next season as he looks to replace club-record signing Sebastien Haller, who departed the club in January.

The Frenchman was given the green light to join Ajax for around £25million but a replacement never arrived in the winter transfer window.

Montpellier's Gaetan Laborde was the subject of a loan-to-buy proposal while Sevilla rejected the club's £22.5m bid for Youssef En-Nesyri.

Talks were also held over a move for Stade Reims striker Boulaye Dia before the Hammers cooled their interest.

Now West Ham are finalising their summer striker shortlist and one name that has fallen under consideration is Yaremchuk.

The 25-year-old headed home the equaliser for Ukraine in their Euro 2020 opening defeat (3-2) to Holland in Amsterdam on Sunday night.

His chemistry with West Ham winger and fellow countryman Andriy Yarmolenko could hold the key to Ukraine's qualification hopes in Group C.

The pair also recently flourished in the 4-0 warm-up win over Cyprus in Kharkiv.

Yaremchuk headed into the tournament off the back of his finest season yet as he netted 23 goals in all competitions, including 17 in the Belgian Pro League.

West Ham have been tracking his progress closely during that timeframe with club scouts also playing close attention to the Belgian Pro League in the past two seasons.

Former Genk duo Joakim Maehlem (now with Atalanta) and Sander Berge were also watched in the 2019/20 season, before the midfielder's club-record move to Sheffield United.

It's a market West Ham have continued to monitor since then and Yaremchuk is determined to use the European Championships as a chance to keep his name in the shop window.

The centre-forward is expected to push hard for his next move this summer and like most Belgian clubs, Gent are not shy of moving their best players on.

Star man Jonathan David, who helped fire Lille to the Ligue 1 title this season, was sold for £24million last summer and now they will look to recoup a similar fee for Yaremchuk.

West Ham are not the only club interested in signing the former Dynamo Kiev man though with Sevilla, Bologna and Bayer Leverkusen amongst those also keen.

The Hammers are also determined to bring Jesse Lingard back to the club following his successful loan spell in east London.

Lingard is set to sit down with Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to discuss his future when the Red Devils link up for pre-season.

It's unclear whether he would favour regular football or a return to Old Trafford, where minutes are likely to remain limited due to Bruno Fernandes.

Spartak Moscow midfielder Alex Kral, who plays alongside his former Slavia Prague teammates Vladimir Coufal and Tomas Soucek for the Czech Republic, has also been offered to the club by his agent.

West Ham United Expands Striker Prospects, Adds Genk Forward To List

West Ham United continues to look for strikers to reinforce their team, and Paul Onuachu is the latest name to be added.

The Genk forward is a name to watch this summer, someone David Moyes could use to join Michail Antonio this summer.

The interest in Onuachu hardly comes as a surprise. After racking 35 goals in 41 games for KRC last season, the Nigerian would be a valuable addition if the Hammers can close some kind of a deal.

In his career, the 27-year-old has been phenomenal. To date, Onuachu has amassed 124 goals in 263 games.

However, West Ham needs to also consider that acquiring the 6-foot-7 forward would require a hefty fee. Genk may ask roughly around £25 million ($35.29 million) this summer, All Nigerian Soccer reported.

The Hammers need to figure out fast if they are bent on acquiring the Nigerian footballer.

With the impressive performance that he has been churning, other teams are also closely monitoring Onuachu’s status.

Aside from West Ham, another team linked to Onuachu is AC Milan. I Rossoneri are pondering on the possibility of adding Onuachu to provide Zlatan Ibrahimovic some friendly competition.

It all boils down to whether West Ham would be willing to fork out the huge fee for the Nigerian striker.

Critics feel that the Hammers may think twice, considering Onuachu is someone who remains unproven in the English Premier League.

The Hammers could negotiate for a lower fee of about £15 million ($21.8 million), but this may depend on what other teams will have to offer.

If AC Milan or some other club would adhere to the speculated price tag, West Ham may have to cross out Onuachu from their list.

Other than Onuachu, the Hammers also have Roman Yaremchuk on their wish list.

After scoring 23 goals last season, Yaremchuk has been performing well on the international stage. That included a header against the Netherlands on Sunday.

But like Onuachu, Yaremchuk is also linked to several teams. That list includes Arsenal, Wolverhampton, Sevilla and Bayer Leverkusen.

A suggested £17 million ($24 million) fee, something near to what the Hammers could bargain for Onuachu may seal the deal.
