According to C & H just now that West Ham may not sign Kral as Moyes already has Soucek, Rice, Noble, Masuaku and Fornals in midfielders area and want Lingard to be in front of that unless if we get rid of Yarmo and Anderson then they may get Kral but may be too late as host of other clubs want him.

Maybe Moyes wants to see first how Soucek and Kral play together for the Czech in the Euros..
The key bit in that article is the bit that says

If Moyes is of the belief that Noble and Lanzini is adequate competition/cover for Rice & Soucek against any better than relegation fodder then Everton had better get their finger out pretty damned quick .
