aint it funny how FFP has been around for a little while and has been one of Sullivans main excuses in the past for not spending on transfers. Then hey presto, in comes a bunch of overpaid players that broke transfer records.What changed? besides them having to dig into their savings? Now comes the life line of covid, an excuse made in heaven for the little scrotum.
The tit is a chancer, tries his luck, i mean he cant even offer Rice what hes worth in relation to others, has to give him an offer hes designed to refuse. not once but two or three times. Ok who knows what they were, maybe Rice had decided to leave after the first offer, usually that can be a pointer of the real thought of his worth, the transfer estimation not to him personally, that would just make the first offer more insulting.
