The Hammescgat forum was started with money making in mind. Gonzo wanted it to lead to a YouTube money making thing and Redhammer is a frustrated BBC reporter who saw an opportunity to bless the world with his talents
Remember that when being honest, before Hammerschat, Gonzo said he wasn't really interested I West Ham, only went for a beer with friends and preferred rugby........... now there's money involved he bleeds claret and blue and cries when they lose.

Though I am subscribed to two of the Hammerchat channels on Youtube , I am not a Patreon supporter nor do I watch their watchalongs of the matches .
What I do not understand is how some on this forum can be so cynical even insulting to those that actually watch their video's and to both Geo and Kris , you do realise that it's not compulsory to join Patreon , neither is it compulsory to watch their videos .

I neither subscribe or watch their content. I also do not subscribe to exwhuemployee and his monetising of club leaks on Patreon either.

I dont think I have ever seen anyone suggest it is compulsory to do either but I may have missed it if true.

My comments personally revolve around the bullshit they peddle to hook gullible people in. I think if someone posts videos and puts themselves out there it gives people the right to be critical (negative or positive) while we are not North Korea.

I did think though that the number of videos about Rice and his contract talks and whether he will leave or not in the summer was whipping people into a frenzy. Yes, most intelligent people could see that it was all just a load of waffle but there are some who started panicking about Rice.

Just all a load of bollocks in my opinion but like a poor TV program, I think we still have the rights to be critical. If people are stupid enough to pay for it then that is up to them.

I'm also of the opinion that I believe a transfer story when I see the player arrive.
