Here is a question for you Numbnuts.

Do the deluded Spud supporters always claim they are top 4 team?
The answer is off course yes, every season look at their forums and they are saying things like we will win thd league.

Now you understand why we laugh at them when it all goes tits up and they land in a competition they believe in inferior for them.

If you were West Ham you would understand, but you are not so happy to explain.
Again perspective, think most would prefer the Europa over the conference as it is seen as the the bronze of all three.

In the past there were at least 3 European events, the European cup, the UEFA cup and the European Cup Winners. Today much the same under a different format. As for the money making venture by UEFA, yes but you can say the same for all three so to lessen one is to lessen all.

Is it an achievement to qualify for the conference?! Look at our previous and many bar you numbers would say yes, two seasons in a row we have achieved something we failed to do in the recent past, 1 qualify for a spot in Europe, 2. Finish in the top half of the table,3. Finish with a plus goal difference so for us it is something to be happy about qualifying for the conference, for a the likes ofLiverpool I think it may be different.

Unlike certain fans, we don't think we are too good to compete in the conference, it is far from being beneath us. In fact it is completely in the opposite direction to which we had become accustomed
goodpost:)

Precisely that. If we should overtake Manchester United tomorrow it would illustrate your point perfectly. Manchester United, serial European qualifiers would probably regard being in the Europa League, never mind the conference, as failure.

Apart from the usual suspects there are no English clubs that can afford themselves the luxury of belittling a European tournament.

Hold on. Hold on.
I'm just highlighting facts.
Many, many West Ham fans are saying we have moved up levels and are now in a position to challenge bigger clubs. The same fans say Rangers would struggle with relegation in the PL. Our fans base the fact we are moving up levels on our Europa league campaign. Rangers done better than us in the Europa League. Go figure.
"Mum. I've wet the bed again."

Hold on! You have, as is your norm, distorted what you call facts, only one on here mention Rangers would struggle with relegation or be relegation fodder, One is not many , neither is two if you include yourself amongst that number. You presume too much.

I know what it means BD..You don't have to patronise me.

THE MEANING..From something that is very good or very serious to something very bad or silly:

So Numbers can say some sensible stuff and then says silly things too.

Let's be honest here,Numbers isn't wrong about everything. He has got a few things right or has I have said,"Food for thought".I know his a bloody wind up and his gone a bit over the top the last few weeks.

Sublime - refers to,of excellence or rare beauty

consider this as a teachable moment (inform) and not patronising (to sneer)

...All West Ham chums in the same topsy-turvy lifeboat
