That's a big shame.He will be missed.

Reckon Noble will fill that position.

He has always had a grim determination and a winning mentality. I trust that Nolan, Nevin etc will maintain his drive. Good luck and Thanks to him, whatever he does.

How I love a conspiracy theory...

Maybe he's walked because of Declan " supposedly being sold"

If you believe the latest ITK news on another thread.... :o

Not for his tactical nous he won't. When he was Manchester City's manager he sent on David James, the same one that kept goal for us back in the day, as a STRIKER when City were chasing a goal.

His next position will tell the story, a managerial or bigger club position I get, anything else something more sinister has happened.

Well none of the usual rhetoric from the board, only words fro himself and Moyes is all I have seen so far.

He left last time under a cloud so maybe it is just assumption.

'Pursuing other projects' was what the bint on Sky said. Hinting that he's been offered a bigger role elsewhere.

Good luck to him and a big thanks for what he's done. Good call about Noble.

Maybe he’s just quit as coach to become our new LB on a free. Nolan next to replace the retired Noble

Doubt he's seen as managerial material after the David James substitution fiasco when he was manager of Manchester City. Could possibly see him fronting up an academy somewhere down the line though.

Seems a very well rounded, feet kept firmly on the ground bloke but as a coach far too big (or at least he was when a manager) on the clenched fist, beating chest style at the expense of creativity.
