Mark Warburton just announced as Assistant Manager.
Pearce replacement on coaching side I guess.
Seems a good appointment, plenty of experience as the main man as well.

Good to have Warburton as Assistant Manager as he has wealth of experience and hope to bring West Ham more stronger in certain area.
