I can’t believe you really mean that- if we are to be taken seriously as a football club this is a competition that will determine whether we can be taken seriously in Europe or not-

If we did decide to play understrength teams in it we might as well not bother trying to qualify for any European competition-
A bit of tongue in cheek, considering the size of the squad and the success of the Under 19s.
Thank fuck for that. If we don’t take ourselves seriously how can we expect other canto to.

As Dec is serving a two game ban, we might see a full debut from young Flynn against Viborg FF.

Or DM might have an altogether other surprise up his sleeve(s). He doesn't go by the moniker 'tactical Dave' for nothing...

I forgot that Dec was banned. And you're wrong to assume Viborg will be our opponents. I can see the headline after getting turned over by a team from the Faroe Islands.

'Moyes walks like an Egyptian'.

Indeed. Before West Ham make any more player bids, it would be quicker to check with Everton and Newcastle first and see whether they are interested ffs...

Probably not. Same teams always linked to the same players

Viborg finished 7th in the 12 team Danish Superleague and qualified by winning the relegation play-off round - they stayed at the top of the bottom 6.

It’s reasonably good achievement to qualify for this comp from the Premier League but it seems that you don’t have to do much in some of the more modest European leagues.
