Tongue in cheek Clay.
Personally I think Nobles a greedy little yes man who you see every now and then posing with a young kid whose just signed a pro contract.
He's got to be a multi millionaire, and yet this bloke who apparently bleeds Claret and blue never says a fucking word about how poorly this club is run.
A bought and paid for puppet and a gutless one at that.
True, but you also never hear Brooking or Bonds come out and be critical of board…
Tbf Brooking wouldn’t want to jeopardise him and the wife’s freebies.

You really think that , or do you have your claret and blue tinted glasses on ? . Think it would be a step backwards , no denying Moyes has to go ( should have been sacked last January , so the powers that be should have been prepared for the inevitable .

B ut he did tell everyone we're not run like a circus anymore.

Seriously though if you were employed on a decen t salary would you say anything against your employer which may jeopardise your nice little earner? Of course you wouldn't, nor would I or anyone else. So why should we expect Noble to?

Ibbyham wrote: Wed Feb 21, 2024 9:42 pm As per West Ham news, Moyes is staying put until at least end of the season and hoping to turn it around and the new contract talk at the moment is now dead in the water until end of the season when the club will decide what to do next as they have contacted some managers available for replacement this summer.
Which "ITK" is this Ibbs ? The one who said Moyes is definitely going or the one that said exactly the opposite. ;)

Or were they the same one ?
I got the info from BBC Sports but the word of Moyes saying "I will decided at the end of the season that best for the clubs and fans".

It is a bit confusing but if you dissolved his words "for the best of the clubs and fans", that could means he is no longer wanted by us.

Also what annoyed me that Benrahma, Fornals and Kehrer playing very well with their clubs and that shows Moyes has DAMAGED our players which is why we are in a sh&t form and players seemed had enough of Moyes, so does the fans which is why I hope Moyes will be long gone by end of the season whatever the remaining of our results.

tbf Ibby I couldn't give a flying fuck about Benrahma, in ten years or so people will be stumped if they were asked who scored the penalty in the euro win in Prague. Kehrer and Fornals should be playing with us now, the only reason they are not, is because Moyes had no idea what their best position were hence they played all over the field and due to this sat on the bench for too long as they couldn't get a run of games ion their preferred positions. I can see the same with Johnson and wouldn't blame him if he decided enough is enough. I reckon he is stalling on a contract with the team he loves to see if Moyes will be back again next season.

Depends what sort of values you live your life by , imo some would speak up and say it like it is and not follow the party line .

If. we’re talking morality I agree with you. But the mismanagement of West Ham is only, in effect, damaging the returns on the investment of it’s shareholders. In the overall scheme of things it’s no big deal, so why jeopardise your nice little earner?

Look around at the number of old boys employed by the club and I think it goes some of the way to explain the ethos of the place don’t you think?

Totally agreed as Kehrer is slightly better than the rest of our defences and Moyes don't have a clue with the players at all, no wondered why they wanted to leave and so far our squad of players seemed to have enough of Moyes negativity. If Moyes stayed, we will be in Championship as next season with Leicester City, Leeds and possibly Southampton who those 3 relegated last season will be back and it won't be a smooth season.

We'll agree to disagree there Whisk.
First of all if I professed to love and bleed claret and blue like noble and have the money that he's earned through a long career with the club, then I'm afraid I would have stuck one on Moyes chin and told that other dwarf cunt to go fuck himself.
Secondly I wouldn't have wrestled a fan to the floor stating such utter shite as being in fear of my life during that Burnley match. Ginger had far more class that day escorting a disgruntled fan off the pitch in an orderly fashion. No need to give it the big daddy look at me shit that noble did.
And thirdly (is that even a word) I wouldn't be sat at a photo shoot alongside some bright eyed kid whose just signed a first pro form knowing full well we've a cunt in charge who'll never give him a chance and another cunt of an owner who'll sell you as quick as look at you to the highest bidder.
No, sorry I just couldn't do it, I'd rather stick needles in my eyes than be that pimps patsy.
A very average footballer with all the class of a wet fart in my eyes.
But then again we should be grateful to him as he had the nouce to see that we're not run like a circus anymore!
Love a cup of Rosey I do.

Noble painted his own picture for all to see uttering those eight words spoken on the last day at the Boleyn, eight words that were not required and better left unspoken instead of using his popularity to drum up support of the clowns who run what indeed is a circus.

We would all do many things to keep our jobs, but not all would go beyond the required.

Why jeopardise your nice little earner ? , well you have said you wouldn't nor would anyone else in your opinion speak out . Well first off you don't know everyone , there are some people out there with the strength of character and intelligence to know what in there eyes is right from wrong and what constitutes proper conduct , and to not worry about the consequences , yes its morality call it what you like , even stupidity if it make's you happy , but a small minority will stand and be counted .
