Possibly the worst Everton side I have had the misfortune to witness
We won the game.

Look back in history at teams that have massive European ties(this week, our biggest European tie since 1976) in between PL games. They are very rarely at their best because their minds are really on the big game ahead.

The amount of times we have played a team that had games in Europe and we got an unexpected result or the opposition were poor, but sneaked a result.
I was over there so was aware we won the game .
I haven’t a problem with winning any game by hook or by crook my point was you could have put any fucker in charge to have beaten that pile of shite masquerading as an Everton side.

So, first real season for 3 years next season, how we going to do?

Interesting times for Moyes.

Right I for one am fed up with this .
We have played a full uninterrupted season . No lockdowns , no behind closed doors games .

Explain please how this season , and by
That I mean the one that concluded today , is not a real season ?

It seems to me that you won’t count any season as a real season until we have one where we are relegated.

West Ham will finish above Tottenham, Chelsea and Arsenal next season.

My ears are now firmly CLOSED

Covid overhang. Gamed postponed and players missing due to covid protocols.
Utter disruption to the league will only have vanished next season.

How do you come to this conclusion?

It favoured OTHER teams and certainly not us.

Well we’ll have to agree to totally disagree .
But as for your original question , we’ll probably finish there or thereabouts again .
But we’ll never go any further whilst You know who is in charge .
True we’d never have got this far were it not for him but his limitations will prove to be our limitations as a club .

It’s difficult enough for him to make an in-game decision as it is .
A decision on squad additions is difficult enough for him in a ‘normal’ transfer window , imagine how difficult it’s going to be in a transfer window where 2/3 of the squad are either out of contract or too old and too slow and he needs to find ten decent squad players just to tread water ?
It’ll be the same old scene I’m afraid , slightly different 12/13 players but same shit .

But hey , let’s be thankful we’re not in a relegation battle every season.

There'll be some interesting additions that's for sure. But I wouldn't bet good money on anyone who takes your breath away.....

That Josh Brownhill.

Solid pro him.
