West Ham were riding high in the league from 2020 to January 2021 with Stuart Pearce as defensive coach and Moyes No.2 Alan Irvine.
Since Irvine left, West Ham started to slide down and since Pearce left, got worst as those 2 replacement in Warburton and Billy McKinlay are not an improvement to Pearce/Irvine.
Need to get rid of Warburton and McKinley plus Moyes as well.

I wouldn’t turn my nose up at Kompny. But I strongly suspect the replacement has already been decided. Particularly if the 3 games to save.his job story is right.. aaa sensible board would have the replacement waiting in the wings.
