I watched the 20 sec training clip - and Danny Ing's was grinning in all the footage with Declan right beside him - all harmonious pals together

...I noticed there was an abscence of Danny Ing's scoring goals in training - DM wants to ease the lad in gently, nothing to testing in the early days..

The West Ham media team have knocked themselves out

Why break the net or score goal of the season in training? Keep your powder dry and BOOM on match day. Moyes knows what he's doing.
Just like my dreams they fade and die.
But on the positive side..............

Well he popped in an early excuse should we lose. It might be a good thing going off track, or off piste as he put it, if it involved a total redirection of his mind set, but the inclusion of one man, who is merely a stand in for Scamacca or Antonio is hardly a total upset.

Enjoy yourselves all going today. It'll be like a fun-filled end of season game, the kind you go to without worry and the prospect of a bigger cup game to come. A bit like the game against them at the ILS last season which was, incidentally, the last time I went.

It was cold as I recall and I needed another layer so I bought a jumper in the club shop. We won 2-1 so it's now my lucky jumper. And I'll wear it again today. Maybe in the hope of a win but more in the hope of McDullard being booted out on his arse after it.

My team for today.

Areola
Coufal Zouma Aguerd Emerson
Rice Pacqueta
Fornals
Bowen benrahma
Ings

Sign of the times, hope for a win won’t be unhappy with defeat if it means twatface is gone.

Hope everyone is respectful before game, if you want to jeer etc during the tribute then don’t take your seat till 3pm.
It’s not what you do it is the way that you do it.

Good luck to Ings, not sure defensive midfielder will suit, but let's see

I think Areola is injured? Not even sure Ings will start at kick off?
