Who going to their country for International matches?

Post by Ibbyham »

Does anyone know which of our players going to play for their country? All I know Bowen has been selected, Soucek and Coufal could be selected for Czech. Does Kudus and Alvarez have international matches? Hope they will be rested for the April games.

There's usually a full programme even if most of them are bloody friendlies , Like most people I get mightily pissed off when these fucking international weeks come around. Four of the bloody things every season. That's about five too many in my book. ;)

I feel the same, never like international due to risk of injuries from tiredness and we got hell a lot of important games in April and May in Europa and in Premier League.

For me there is one match that I always look forward to, even though we have only beaten them 4 times in 26 games......Bring it on Brasil....... Its always good for bit of banter between my friends ........as i´m the only Englishman in this city it does get a bit heavy at times ... every time they play us I´m informed that we are in for a battering.....and it never happens....I think they have given us only one hiding since we´ve started playing them......but no doubt it will be another draw.....

They might have the wood over us but just sing
"That tackle by Moore" and then ask if they saw the greatest save ever :D :D
Just like my dreams they fade and die.
But on the positive side..............

Good news that Antonio and Kudus has been withdrawn from their respective country but did not state why so that good for us as they will be rested to be ready for the Newcastle game.

Only Bowe, Marshall, Paqueta, Alvarez Mavropanos, Aguerd, Soucek and Areola in the international matches. So that only 8 of them (minus 1 as Marshall is not in our 25 man squad) are away.

And remember Alvarez is suspended for the next 2 league games so his absence isn't too bad as he'll get a break when he's back.
