Absolutely Oz, the url is obviously a step too far but the logo will have to play some part because it's our identity and hence my preference for number 1 . . . . .. . which also has my favourite sentiment underneath.

It would be very easy to replace the crossed hammers with the HC logo on most of the designs....(if the designers aren't too 'precious' about their work !!)
