RIP Mark Hollis

Might have been a Spurs fan, but achieved what he wanted and quit music so he could be a 'proper dad to his kids'. Hated the limelight and wouldn't toe the line, but wrote some remarkable music. Colour of Spring and Spirit of Eden especially, thank you Mr Hollis!

I second that.

Talk Talk were an excellent live band and he had a great voice.I did actually post on our music thread,It`s My Life(Live).

RIP Mark.

Yeah very good musician,great songwriter...TalkTalk were very distinctive,influenced a lot in
the Pop-Rockworld.
Very much Enjoyed his stuff...

My absolute musical hero. He had so much more to give, but what he did give will be with me forever.
