Lockdown, maybe not fully, but cetainly pubs and restaurants, before Christmas, although you'll probably be able to sit in a beer garden with your own household and order from an app if your fingers aren't frozen stiff.
Only a new directive by the Civil Service says it can't be called Christmas because some minorities don't celebrate it.

As long as it wasn't called a Christmas prezzie. More of a pre-Ramadan gift. You really wouldn't like to offend them.
