CALM - mental health

Post by Sofa »

Hello guys hope you are all well.
This coming June I have been asked to take part in a parachute jump along with 24 work colleagues in aid of a mental health charity.
Obviously no obligation to donate but I’m posting the link to raise awareness of CALM and the great work they do. Any donation Would be well appreciated by the charity though.

Thanks for taking the time to take a look, cheers. COYI ⚒

Done mate.

As my mate told my Mrs, make sure she takes a bin liner and a shovel! :D :D :D

I still need to lose 1.5 stone before I can jump 🙈

update for the couple of you that donated. The jump got cancelled obviously but has been rescheduled for 31st august. Please take the time to visit the calm website and see the great work the charity does in prevention of suicide among men which in the current climate is at an all time high.

Many thanks to those who donated, really appreciate it. Our target has been met but any more of course welcome.
