Old man was a docker and was on strike a lot of times and no money coming in. Mum used to do late shift at Lesneys making matchbox cars. Us kids would have crisp sandwiches for tea loads of times. Always plain, no fancy flavours. But when the choice of flavours came, fuck, salt and vinegar or cheese and onion.
Now you can get every flavour under the sun and it all tastes like shit. Can't beat just plain old sea salt . And down here they're called chips, no one knows what a crisp is.

That last bit is like when I visited my family in New Zealand. They were talking about lollies. I automatically thought of sweets on sticks or ice lollies, but no, it’s any kinda sweet like the Americans call candy. And as we know, Americans and Canadians call crisps chips too

The WORST crisps have to be "Smith's Square Crips".
What a (literal) sack of cunt they were :x

And we had to suffer watching Lenny Henry walk on water whilst advertising them to boot.
"It's weird..."
Fancy calling your only son "Barnestoneworth"
He's got another name....
Yeah....."United"

Does anyone remember back in the 80s, Walkers or Golden Wonder made hedgehog flavour crisps, I believe it was that animal?. Weird, never caught on.

It could of been another animal? :?
