Sky Australia - with edited clips of the President of USA stumbling over pronunciations of names,nouns and mixing up sentence content.
Basically mocking his media performance. He is 78...is he in charge of anything ? - No he's not. Not even of getting up or going to bed.
I don't see why this should be alarming or any surprise.
