They're desperate and will do or say anything to glean public support.
I feel for them, I really do but if for instance, Putin had invaded Georgia instead of Ukraine and they were crying out for a no-fly-zone, you'd have to imagine that Ukraine, knowing such a move would inevitably lead to nuclear conflict, would be equally as unwilling as everybody else to employ such a tactic.
That said, I'm really not sure that the Russian madman won't end up forcing us (the Allies) in to making terrible decisions with horrific ramifications over the next weeks and months anyway.

It is complicated. Supplying armaments is very risky. If I give somebody a gun and that person shoots someone, then I would be in the shit big time. And that would be true in any jurisdiction.
So we could argue that prolonging the conflict by supplying the means to continue, actually results in the killing of more people, not less.
And as always no matter what we do we get blamed for not doing enough by all and sundry...From what i can see the UK has collected millions , donated god knows how much of god knows what but i cant see any messages of thanks coming in from where this is all going !...makes ya wonder..
This is what our Foreign Aid should be for, exceptional circumstances and not handing out on a daily basis to cunts that dont need or deserve it.
