Bought some today to smear on my inner gums as i've got chronic gum and tootache.
Lidocaine and alcohol. It numbs the gums and takes away the pain.

I must admit to using twice as much as the stated dose and using it twice as often but it works a treat and is leaving me positively buzzed off my tits !!!
