Its fucking ludicrous...he and others that refuse to come into the court for sentencing should be forcibly taken up one way or another and made to listen to the judges summing up and the sentence passed

A single cell in segregation. No interaction with other prisoners although the screws there back in my day were very clumsy at times with their feet when the scrotes were walking back down metal stairs carrying their food.
Personally I reckon they should bring back oubliettes. Chuck the cunt in a big cellar and forget about him.
