When I hear talk along the lines of "women are underpaid" and "men can have vaginas", I just roll my eyes and shake my head... so maybe I'm part of the problem.

My 2 year old granddaughter's range of words is coming along nicely. So far she's mastered the phrases.

Quite so my learned friend. I'm to be a grandfather myself in May.
And I've been buying her a few books.....Baby's first doner, Daddy goes dogging, Mohammed and the sinking dinghy. Basic stuff.
It's important the older generation pass down valuable knowledge I feel.
