Myself, along with Peony, Algernon, Starchild, Mahatma and Fengshui were arrested yesterday at the Epsom Derby for alerting the country to the terrible suffering our equine friends suffer every day. Our peaceful protest was met with brutality by Surrey Police and we've spent the night in the cells.
Even worse, as vegans, our demand for plant-based food was met with stale cucumber rolls. Starchild, the natural beauty of our group was vocal in her condemnation and one of the beasts told her that if she didn't shut up she'd receive a 'meat injection'.
She was taken away for a couple of hours and to be fair to them, was smiling upon her return. Peony has declared that she'll resist, with force if necessary, if they try to shove anything down her throat.
