Sorry matey, on reflection, I am not sold on the ‘ fuck knuckle’ infinitive. It lacks the same punch that “wanker” has under any circumstances.
Examples:
To a dodgy ref “who’s the fuck knuckle in disguise? NAH
To your mate that you are having a drunken disagreement in the pub “ just fuck off you fuck knuckle” NAH
To a Fascist over zealous Traffic Warden that has just cost you £50 “ you fuck knuckle” actually, that might pass because the invariably foreign person could interpret that as a term of endearment
