Bloody hell
I’m interested in your reaction Oz ?
They’re from Perth W.A.
Thought you had to have at least heard of them .
My music tastes are fairly simple, although I do get told that I’m pretty narrow minded and won’t consider anything new.
My preference is 70s/80s pub bands, particularly Australian, but I do like a lot of older English and American stuff.
These are a few acts I like, just to give an idea of where I’m at: The Angels, Divinyls, Australian Crawl, The Cure, Rolling Stones, Led Zep, David Bowie, Dire Straits, Travelling Wilburys, CCR.
Nothing groundbreaking, and very mainstream.
I think rock ‘n roll achieved perfection in 1979, which coincided with the birth of the greatest gift the world has ever received.
For me, musical acts have to consist of guitars and drums, not synthesised sounds. I’m trying to be more open to the music tastes of others, but I’m finding it a struggle. That tune of yours wouldn’t last two mins in the Hilux, sorry to say.
