It's an easy way to plug in a hard drive to the firestick. Also one available to add ethernet

The best for football is Potato Streams. Better than Vola Sports was.

Looks like Rising Tides has gone on the Fritz.

Any techies out there have any idea how to get round “Wolfpack error - check the log for more information”

The Kodi log shows as T:19940 Warning and basically goes on to say that because the add on uses plain HTTP it will make the path insecure and vulnerable to attack.

Any way of getting round this ? Doesn’t,t actually say it’s an error, just a warning.

I’m a cheapskate. Vola was a freebie the potatoes want my readies. ;)

And I’m fucked if I could find the Potatostreams premium app. All I could find was their VPN app.

It also looks from the instructions to be very long winded. If I’m reading it right you have to open the link on your phone and then link it to the tv.

Via OTG cable ? If so , I know about this one 👍🏻

https://troypoint.com/increase-storage- ... k-fire-tv/

However , here’s one for you and any other ‘techies’ that see this , I have a jvc “fire edition” TV.

It’s a smart tv that has fire tv built in , a firestick integrated into it to all intents and purposes .

How would this work in my situation ? ...there being no firestick to physically plug it into ?

I currently have a usb plugged into the tv but only 2 or 3 of the apps will allow themselves to be moved back & forth between internal and external storage so in real terms it’s of no fucking use to me .

Any ideas ?

The lack of internal storage in fire tv has me beginning to regret getting rid of my Nvidia Shield .

Nope, downloaded it straight to my Nvidia shield and it's free. Been using it for a month and now decided to pay £5 for 3 months (they give you 7 days free trial) just so I don't have to click to remove adverts. You won't be disappointed I guarantee unless something suddenly happens which hasn't for the last month.

I think I may have a problem because my mobile phone is with EE and my broadband is Virgin I don’t have Nvidia but will probably look into that tomorrow.

Thanks for the input.
