Fair points. And we've missed the boat anyway. But Moyes was about to sign him before he went to Everton. King himself wanted the move but Bournemouth , having agreed a 10m deal, reneged and demanded 3m more. We quite rightly told them to do one.
The fact he scored 3 on Saturday is immaterial. He's exactly the type of back-up striker that would have fitted the bill as he can operate on his own up front. Not as physically strong as Micky but it would keep the shape. Only a matter of time imo before we regret not getting cover.
But the best thing about signing him this summer, especially given that we won't spend fortunes is that he was free.
How do we know Moyesie was going to sign him before he went to everton. Something on you tube or twitter. Just coz its on the web dont make it true does it.

Watford put some perspective on our win last week with Josh King showing the Messiah that he may have been worth a punt for fuck all.
And Naaaaaarch may struggle to make Europe.
Everton conceded 4 goals in 13 mins, whilst leading 2-1. Rafa's stock has shot up on merseyside.
And West Ham now have a decent path to finish 4th this weekend.
1) Win sunday
2) Brighton lose - currently losing 0-3
3) Liverpool win or draw with Man U sunday
