Not if he decides he wants to leave we aren't. Kudus may well decide he should be playing European football. And there's no point in keeping an unhappy player. Particularly when a decent fee is offered.
Why should he want to move? He has an oppurtunity to be a key player here, he will at least be here for 1 more season, see's where we are at then
A key player at West Ham or to Liverpool who finish 3rd in the league with Champions League football next season , Hmmmmm ?
Kudus has the whole career ahead of him. He wouldnt get a key role instantly with liverpool. To be a key part in Lopetegui first season is where Kudus should be and that is the most logical move for his career

That seems a little naive mate, Liverpool come calling you think he gonna stay here?
Champions league and a chance to challenge for title, and you think he prefer to stay here and be a key player for an average team?
It’s not what you do it is the way that you do it.

How important is having a key role though ? He might not get a regular starting spot at Liverpool but I imagine he would be a regular choice in the matchday squad. And I think we can agree Liverpool are more likely to pick up honours than West Ham. And they can offer him CL football. He may decide he's happy to stay but I'm sure you'll agree an offer from Liverpool, or another club with similar standing, would be temptinbg. As I imagine it would be for any player.
