West Ham striker Javier Hernandez is seeking a move away from east London with Spain his preferred destination.
The Mexican has struggled to settle since his arrival back in 2017 from Bayern Leverkusen for £16m.
The 31-year-old is the highest earner at the club on £140,000-a-week, and his departure would significantly free up money for other potential signings to commence.

One striker target identified by Manuel Pellegrini is Maxi Gomez of Celta Vigo, but the Hammers have struggled when negotiating for this deal.
Valencia are interested in Gomez as well as Chicharito, so West Ham plan on selling the Mexican to Valencia, which in turn, would give them a greater chance of securing the signature of the Uruguay forward.
Hernandez has scored 16 goals for West Ham over the course of two seasons and is a rare starter under Pellegrini with Marko Arnautovic the preferred choice.

America is also an option for Hernandez as he has sparked interest from different MLS clubs, but as previously stated, his preferred destination would be Spain.
With six weeks left of the transfer window, West Ham fans can expect plenty of movement both in and out of the club before the deadline is reached.
