Some views on Individual Stats

Although with 10 men, most of the stats are based around defending.

Zabaleta – Good defensive stats, 2nd only to Balbuena. Low pass completion

Balbuena – Continues to be our main defender even though Diop seems to get the biggest plaudits. Made a massive 15 clearances. Just a pity there wasn’t 1 block! Also topped our passing stat.

Diop – Not his best defensive stats of the season although he’s the perfect partner for Balbuena.

Masuaku – As you would expect, more defensive.

Rice – Solid with 4 interceptions and 4 completed tackles.

Diangana – Well involved in attacks before the sending off. Our highest pass completion 86%

Noble – Not his best stats before being sent off.

Snodgrass – Top of the attacking stats including 9 recoveries and good passing stats. Also put a shift in defending including 5 tackles.

Anderson – Good attacking stats but poor pass completion of 66%.

Chicharito – Not really involved in the stats before being taken off.

West Ham fan for as long as I can remember. I was flukey enough to watch The Irons beat Bury 10-0 in my first ever game . . . True to form, West Ham then went out and signed their central defender 😬
