Manuel Pellegrini has demanded that the facilities at Rush Green need to be improved immediately if the club is to continue its progression as a football club.

Pellegrini has not been impressed with the facilities since his arrival, stating that the lack of privacy is an issue, as well as the absence of quality training facilities.

Since the arrival of the new manager, he has instantly changed a lot of negatives into positives, and this seems to be the case once more.

We have planning permission to make changes and amendments to the facilities at Rush Green, and it is believed that improvements will be made imminently.

In particular, the gym area at Rush Green is set to be expanded and a new changing area is to be built. Alongside this, we will look to make the area more private.

Again, this is a demonstration of the professionalism and standard Pellegrini demands to work at; refreshing to say the least!

If we want to progress as a football club, changes need to be made and we need to constantly seek improvements in any way we can, and if the next step is developing our training facilities then we must do so.

Everything seems to be falling into place at West Ham, and Pellegrini deserves huge credit for this. Since he took over, he has taken a ‘no nonsense’ approach, in particular to the board, and it is working a treat.

We have a world class manager on our hands, and it is imperative that we keep him happy and listen to what he has to say, because he knows what he is talking about!

At the moment, we are making a statement as a football club, and with money being such a dominant figure in today’s game, we need to keep in tabs with the other premier league clubs and continue to progress.

West Ham fan for as long as I can remember. I was flukey enough to watch The Irons beat Bury 10-0 in my first ever game . . . True to form, West Ham then went out and signed their central defender 😬
