Possession and territory stats were very close between the 2 teams.

Possession was 52 – 48% in favour of Palace.

Territory was 51-49% to Palace.

We created more chance with 7 compared to 5 by Palace

Shots were 13 to West Ham and 8 to Palace with shots on target, 6 to West Ham and 4 to Palace.

Palace also had slightly more passes with 376 completed from 472 attempted, 79.7% completed.

Our completion was sightly higher at 81% with 350 passes completed from 432.

Passes in the attacking third and penalty area were also very similar.

Mark Noble topped our passes stats again with 51 passes completed from 55 attempted, giving him a pass completion of 92.7%

Zabaleta lower at 74.5% pass completion.

 

Snodgrass top of our attacking stats even though he went off on 74mins. Including 15 passes completed in the attacking third, 9 crosses, 3 chances created and his goal from 1 shot on target.

 

Balbuena top of the defensive stats, including 6 clearances, 5 interceptions and 3 completed tackles.

 

Some views on individual stats:-

Zabaleta – Lower than average pass completion.

Balbuena – Very good defensive stats again, including another 6 clearances

Diop – Good defensive stats including 5 clearances, also highest pass completion.

Masuaku – Good passing stats, lower defensive stats.

Snodgrass – Top of our attacking stats, created 3 chances and scored 1 goal

Noble – Our highest number of passes again with 51 completed from 55 passes attempted.

Rice – Steady defensive stats but added good attacking stats including 16 completed passes in the attacking third.

Anderson – Just behind Snodgrass in the attacking stats, including 16 completed passes in the attacking third, 2 shots on target, 1 goal.

Chicharito – 2 shots on target, 1 goal.

Perez – Not much showing in the stats.

 

Subs

Carroll – on 45 mins, created 1 chance, Poor passing.

Diangana – on 75 mins, 1 shot on target.
